Forrest S. “Woody” Mosten: Building a Collaborative Lawyering Practice with a Spotlight on Mediation

Woody Mosten is a mediator, collaborative attorney, and certified family law specialist who offers his wisdom from his 40-year practice. He discusses the collaborative discourse and therewith collaborative lawyering — how mediators and counsel, together with an interdisciplinary team, are managers of the alternative dispute resolution process unfolding before the clients.
